Shipping Policy - the basics

At GŌ Endure, we work hard to get your socks to you as fast as possible. All orders placed before 12pm (NZST) on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

NEW ZEALAND (DOMESTIC)

Standard Shipping: $8.00 NZD

Free Shipping on orders of $75.00 NZD or more (3+ pairs)

Delivery options:

- Standard (untracked): 2–3 business days

- Courier (tracked): 1–2 business days

Rural delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days. A rural delivery surcharge may apply.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Flat rate: $15.00 NZD

Free Shipping on orders of $75.00 NZD or more (3+ pairs)

Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days via NZ Post International

All Australian orders are sent with tracking.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders (outside New Zealand) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. For tracked orders, a tracking number will be included so you can follow your parcel's journey.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@go-endure.com and we'll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue. GŌ Endure is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
